ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport held a federally-mandated emergency response drill on Saturday morning. The simulation must be held by commercial airports every three years in order for them to maintain their Part 139 Airport Certification with the Federal Aviation Administration, which allows commercial flights to operate out of the airport.
