Felony arrests

Sexual Abuse — Daniel Martin Hernandez, 30, of the 8600 block of Wagner Creek Road, Talent. Medford police arrested Hernandez Thursday on two felony charges of first-degree sexual abuse and a misdemeanor charge of private indecency. He was held in jail Friday on $505,000 bail.

Theft — Sean Saipani Eli, 29, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Eli Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree theft and misdemeanor warrants charging him with second-degree criminal mischief and violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He was additionally charged in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday with felony counts of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief and an added misdemeanor count of third-degree theft. He was held in jail Friday on $10,000 bail.

Assault — Josh Smith, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree assault. He was held in jail Friday on $100,000 bail.

Theft — Blake Robert Wallace, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Wallace Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree theft, and misdemeanor warrants charging him with unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and failing to appear in court on a separate meth possession charge. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.

Contraband Conspiracy — Ryan Lee Bice, 34, of the 800 block of Cherry Street, Medford. On Friday, Bice made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charges of conspiring to supply contraband and nine counts of supplying contraband. Oregon State Police troopers and Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Bice Jan. 20 on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous vehicle theft, vehicle elude, aggravated theft, methamphetamine possession and heroin charges. He was held in jail Friday on $740,500 bail.

Attempted Kidnapping — Jose Angel Cruz, 27, of Pittsburg, Calif. Medford police arrested Cruz Saturday on charges of assault in the fourth degree, attempted kidnapping, harassment and coercion. He was booked into jail and held on $30,000 bail.

Eluding — Harley Nicole Forbes, 21, of Mace Road, Medford. Central Point police arrested Forbes Sunday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle and reckless driving. She was booked into jail and held on $12,500 bail.

Drugs — Raymod James Morris, 34, of the 400 block of Oak Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Morris Sunday on charges of delivering and possessing heroin and giving false information to an officer. He was booked into jail and held on $40,000 bail.

Burglary — Kyree Kwaleb Moye, 20, of the 200 block of West Hersey Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Moye Saturday on charges of criminal mischief, burglary, assault, harassment and menacing. He was booked into jail and held on $40,000 bail.

Weapon — Jeremy Spangler, 43, of the 900 block of SW Blackberry Lane, Grants Pass. Oregon State police arrested Spangler Sunday on charges of assault, menacing and unlawful use of a weapon. He was booked into jail and held on $20,000 bail.

Weapon — Kimberly D. Stephens, 44, of the 300 block of Effy Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Stephens Saturday on charges of supplying contraband, possessing a restricted weapon, delivering methamphetamine within 100 feet of a school and possessing methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance Sunday.

Weapon — Juan C. Zamora, 28, of the 3500 block of Antelope Road, White City. Medford police arrested Zamora Saturday on charges of theft, assault and unlawful use of a weapon. He was booked into jail and held on $20,000 bail.
