Acting Mayor Austin Quinn-Davidson will announce a new Anchorage pandemic emergency order in a public briefing at 2 p.m. Thursday to be livestreamed on Facebook.
Joining the acting mayor will be Janet Johnston, epidemiologist with the Anchorage Health Department Heather Harris, director of the Anchorage Health Department; Dr. Tom Hennessy, infectious disease epidemiologist, UAA College of Health; Kate Vogel, municipal attorney; and Chris Schutte, director of the Office of Economic and Community Development.
The briefing can also be watched on Municipal Channel 9 on GCI cable.
