Northern Dutchess Hospital will be limiting who can get a COVID-19 test at its urgent care centers.
Only those with symptoms and in need of treatment will be allowed a test at LaGrange, Wappingers Falls and Kingston Medical Mall locations.
Northern Dutchess says this is due to a sharp increase in demand for outpatient testing.
Northern Dutchess is also asking that the public use every tool to stop the spread of COVID-19, including wearing a mask and getting vaccinated if you haven't already.
