In St. Paul, cars not moved from night plow routes, which include all of downtown and streets marked with signs, could be ticketed and towed. Cars parked on day ploy routes, which are not marked by signs, must be moved by 8 a.m. Thursday.
St. Paul has an interactive winter parking map. So does Minneapolis. Both cities have snow emergency apps, too — check the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The city of West St. Paul has also declared a snow emergency.
