HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - A State of Emergency has been declared for the city of Hazard.
Acting City Manager Tony Eversole declared a State of Emergency due to the water shortage inside and outside of the city.
There have been multiple waterline breaks which lead to loss of water storage capacity due to the snow we saw this past week.
