DELAWARE COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) — Rescue teams have been looking for someone reported to be in Ridley Creek in Delaware County. Fire, police and emergency services gathered on Morton Avenue at the Chester and Eddystone border late Saturday night.
Rescue teams say they were called to the creek for a report of a possible 18-year-old who may have suffered a seizure and fell into the water.
No such person was located Saturday night.
Crews were forced to call off the search after 2 a.m.
If it’s safe enough, dive units from the City of Chester may continue that search later Sunday morning.
